A pre-agreement report has been signed between Gianni Lettieri’s Atitech and the trade union organizations Filt Cgil, Fit Cisl, Uiltrasporti and Ugl air transport regarding the acquisition process of the “maintenance” branch of Alitalia in extraordinary administration.
