Board of Statutory Auditors
The Board of Statutory Auditors is made up of the Chairman of the Board and two Statutory Auditors. Supervises the correct application of the laws and the statute and the correct administration and business management, including the adequacy of the organisational, administrative and accounting structure and its concrete functioning.

The Supervisory Body supervises the observance and effectiveness of the Organisation, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001. It is monocratic in nature and made up of an external member, whose office lasts three years.
