Alnimr Alarabi Holding, LLC (“Alnimr Alarabi”) and Atitech S.p.A. (“Atitech”) today announced the signing of a Letter of Intent (LoI) to establish a joint venture aimed at developing a leading Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) hub in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The LoI combines the strengths of both partners to pursue industrial and commercial synergies in delivering cutting-edge full-spectrum MRO services across Saudi Arabia and the broader SAMEA (South Asia, Middle East, and Africa) region through a Joint Venture Company (JVC).
While headquartered and operated in Saudi Arabia, the JVC’s strategic reach will extend across the SAMEA region. The JVC will leverage Atitech’s world-class MRO expertise together with Alnimr Alarabi’s investment strength and industrial localization insights to create a regional leader in aviation maintenance services.
