Atitech, Gianni Lettieri’s company, is the biggest independent MRO in Europe. As a result of the analysis carried out by the German Institute ITQF on the best employers in Italy, the company gains the first place in the ranking in the airport sector and airport services.
During the fourth edition of the “Top Job 2021-2022” study, the Quality and Finance Institute took into consideration 27 sample aspects. This study was realized together with the Repubblica Affari&Finanze (Business&Finance) and it awarded 300 employers.
The main aspects considered in the analysis were the working atmosphere, companies’ values and vision, professional growth and sustainability.
Since a “Top Job” company is the one that gets up to 60% of the score, exceling in only one aspect is not enough. In the transportation sector, only 4 companies reached 100, the top score and Atitech, leader in the maintenance of civil and military aircraft, is among these.
