Atitech is the largest independent MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) provider in the EMEA (Europe-Middle East-Africa) market. Operating from three bases in Naples Capodichino, Rome Fiumicino and Olbia the company offers highly specialized services, including base maintenance (both heavy and light), technical design, aeronautical design solutions, and workshop activities. The Olbia base is dedicated to business jets.
With a total of 12 hangars, Atitech serves a client portfolio of over 100 companies, including airlines, institutional entities, and government organizations. Additionally, Atitech provides line maintenance services at 30 peripheral airports—20 in Italy and 10 abroad.
Since 2009, the company has been led by Chairman and CEO Gianni Lettieri.

We can accommodate up to 2 wide-body aircraft in our Capodichino facilities and 6 wide-body aircraft in Fiumicino.
We can accommodate up to 16 narrow body aircraft in our Capodichino facilities, 7 narrow body aircraft in Fiumicino.
We can accommodate up to 8 Business Jet aircraft in our Olbia facilities.
With acquisition in November 2022 of Alitalia Engineering & Maintenance, Atitech has further expanded its range of services and locations. Our facilities consist of hangars, workshops, parking areas, storage areas, technical plants, engine run aprons and office buildings.






We carry out cabin modifications approved by EASA Part 21J and small interventions on avionics components, systems, structures and engines. We offer design solutions compatible with the highest industry standards.
We have first-hand experience across a wide range of aircraft types which allows us to support customers in all their needs, creating tailor-made solutions to improve release times, thus increasing the profitability of operations.

We have authorizations to perform 24/7 line maintenance services and support our customers in more than 30 strategic locations around the world, including Rome, Naples, Buenos Aires, Sao Paulo, Osaka, Paris, Frankfurt, Munich, Casablanca and Tunis
Our components department boasts a mechanical and composites workshop, an avionics workshop, a workshop for structural components and sheet metal, and a wheel workshop. Efforts to invest and expand capabilities are continuous, as demonstrated by the recent acquisition of a brand new autoclave to support the composites workshop.
Atitech is an EASA a fully certified Part 147 Maintenance Training Organization with a recognized experience both for Basic and Type courses. Moreover, the Company holds several training capabilities according to Part 145 organization needs.
